Shipping

  1. We will ship your order within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  2. We currently only ship within Singapore but are working towards shipping worldwide.
  3. A flat rate of $5 will be applied to orders less than $80. If you urgently need an item and require express shipment, do contact us and we'll advise on the additional shipping charges.

 

Return & Exchange

  1. We only accept return or exchange for items that display manufacturing defects. Please contact us immediately if there is something wrong with your order received, customers will be offered the option of an exchange or refunds.
  2. All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the item is unavailable, we'll offer a refund.
  3. For wooden toys, if the toys with features that are deemed as natural characteristics of wood will not be eligible for return. All return requests will be sent to manufacturer for assessment before taking the next course of action.
  4. Return must be done within 7 days of delivery date.
  5. Shipping fees for returns & exchange will be borne by the customers.
